I'm starting off this review by stating I'm a lululemon purist and I'd normally never find myself at a competitor's store, but I received a gift card from work and I took it as the perfect opportunity to shop here.
I came on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pleasantly quiet and not too busy. I mean, who's really shopping at 3PM, am I right? I wasn't greeted upon entry as there wasn't anyone by the door but the moment I asked for help I was immediately assisted.
Goodness, I can't recall his name but he was a total sweetheart. Khalil? Khilal? Anyways, I'm writing this review truly because he was so helpful.
As a first time visitor, I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a couple options to choose from. There are quite a few options and since it wasn't busy I took my time and tried on a ton of men's and women's apparel before finally settling on the performance jogger.
The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I think the only issue I had was that they didn't appear to have proper sizing for some of the colors that I wanted most. I think it should go without saying that there should at least be 1 of each size from XS to XL on the floor to minimize checking the inventory.
Nonetheless, I had a pleasant experience and was even offered a discount for being a first time buyer. I wish I had known that earlier as I was going to shop around more but my parking validation was expiring so now I have a second reason to come visit again.
