New place but I won't be back, and it's not about the food or service. First off, make a reservation, because the walk in wait was an hour up to two hours tonight. Apparently, no one eats at home on a Saturday night. ;). There are literally zero noise absorbing materials in this establishment and the noise decibels are off the charts. You can't reasonably carry on a conversation--so much so that our server put my HALF order Wedge salad in as a full--in spite of my repeating myself. You just can't hear a thing. The espresso martinis were decent, burgers and chowder were delicious and I highly recommend the wedge. But the noise was such that our stay was not enjoyable. Also, I watched a hostess "clean" a table with a paper napkin--no sanitizer spray, no cloth. Just a few swipes of a napkin. Not okay in my book. read more
