Every restaurant has its own version of Hunan chicken. Golden China adds: celery, broccoli, carrots, onions, bell peppers, and water chestnuts to theirs. I didn't expect so many vegetable fillers and it wasn't as hot (spice wise) as I had hoped. The portion was a little small even for a lunch special but it tasted good.
