I was here for Planet Fitness but you'll also find Tractor Supply, a furniture store, professional and medical offices, a Mexican/seafood restaurant, fast food, subs and pizza. The shopping center is in good condition with a smooth parking lot, plenty of lighting and entrances. I found a news article that the property sold in 2016 for $9.7 million to Johnson Family Shopping Center LLC. I have no idea if it has changed hands again since then.
