I hate going to the salon. It takes forever, you have to find parking, there's always a wait, and it's awkward sitting there. A friend of mine mentioned Alex and I made an appointment right away. She sent me emails to remind me it was coming up, and I didn't even have to leave home. Her traveling salon is absoluely GORGEOUS! It's comfy and feels like hanging out in a little airBnB, plus she has refreshments! Her salon chair is super plush and professional - the whole experience felt VIP at a VERY reasonable price, and I cant wait for my next haircut!
