Since they took over from the old name, they revamped the place slowly. It used to be a good meat & poultry place only but a few items have been added. They used to put the cooked food all the way in the back and we thought they didn't do a good job maintaining the cleanliness but the more I go these days I could see the difference, a little cleaner and organized. When we plan for a barbecue, we get the meat and poultry from here. Hubby and Mommy think they make a great chopped liver. The meat and poultry sections are expanding. More fresher chicken and meat are found. It seems that they also extend the Friday hours to a bit later than other places. I suggest you call them if you have an emergency groceries to make at the last minute on Friday. You'll be surprised to see that they're still open until right before the Sabbath.
