The service was great. Thanks, Sue! We had a great water view (made a reservation in advance, although it wasn't full on a Tuesday at lunch). They changed the haddock sandwich from the menu description, and my friend said it was delicious. I had the special wrap, crab meat wrap, and it was also delicious. We asked for the french fries well-done and they were crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. Perfect. We shared the apple pie for dessert which was homemade by the owner's wife, I think, and it was delicious. And I am a stickler when it comes to apple pie. If you're traveling through Herkimer I would recommend this place. read more
