WCP Slice House opened in Downtown Lowell recently. This outpost of Wicked Cheesy Pizza (of Tewksbury) is very informal and order at the counter, which offers a rotating selection of traditional & specialty pizza slices on display in the glass case, whole pizzas (Wicked thin crust, Sicilian, New Haven, South Shore Bar, gluten free), Wicked sticks, garlic knots, salads, treats, and cooler drinks. Pizza slices are priced $2.99-$4.99 before tax. There is table seating here to eat your food.
STORY: I haven't been to Wicked Cheesy in many years since they used to have a location in Salem NH. I can recall that I had purchased a discount radio group certificate for the Wicked Cheesy in Salem NH, which closed for business shortly after buying the certificate. I ended up redeeming it in Tewksbury MA, which they reluctantly accepted. I still really enjoyed their pizzas, but I did not order from Wicked Cheesy again after that since other great pizza shops opened up closer to home.
Over the weekend (October 2025), I decided to head over to WCP Slice House in Lowell to try out a couple of pizza slices. I ordered the Cheese Slice (Wicked Thin Crust) - $2.99 plus tax and a Spinach & Ricotta Sicilian (6"x6") specialty square ($4.99 plus tax). I was given a 3.5 percent cash discount, which was nice. The slices were heated up in the oven and boxed to go.
The thin crust cheese slice had the right amount of sauce and plenty of melted cheese on top of a firm thin crust, edges not too thick. The Sicilian square had a thick soft crust, slightly chewy topped with oil, garlic, ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella, good flavors. Both pizza slices were great and I will definitely stop back again to try some other pizzas including the South Shore Bar Pie. read more
