Driving up and seeing the storefront really belies the sophistication of the interior. What looks like a factory on the outside turns into a museum and art-shop gallery on the inside.
We walk in and there is a huge display of various watercolors, oils and photos all framed with many different styles of frames. This gallery really helps to demonstrate how important the choices are for framing. The selection is huge, well over a hundred different styles and types of framing for just about every need you could imagine.
Thankfully, the staff really has a good eye for this and in time we had made a selection of mattings, style of glass and type of frame for our son's graduation photo.
The whole experience was actually enjoyable and educational in seeing the different samples and styles that suited the subject matter. There is a lot more to this than I realized, but the selection process was easy as well as entertaining. In the end, we selected a double matting with two colors and museum glass with a dignified frame for an 8x10 portrait.

I was called to inform me my framed photo was ready to pick up.
It is perfect! Using a green crushed velvet as one of the matts along with the museum glass that eliminates glare, the frame itself, the quality craftsmanship of the finished product.... OUTSTANDING!! read more
