High quality gym in rural Alabama. It's 5 dollars a day or 10 dollars a week. I have family in the area and will be going when I am in the area. The gym had old school equipment mixed with new stuff. They offer yoga and Pilates. I would highly recommend. After or before the gym you can also visit the Mexican or pizza place, which are the only two places to eat In town. read more
