I'm real disappointed in the quality here. 3 out of 4 times have been exceedingly disappointing. This evening I have ordered a number 1 for myself and the sour cream and chives baked potato. I come home and pull out the potato, the lid wasn't snapped on therefore the potato hit the floor. I picked the potato back up and it's cracked and the chives are still in place. I wasn't a bit upset about that, actually thankful the ground saved it. I'm sorry, but I won't be returning to Wendy's for a 5th time. My first visit was amazing. Service was the best, food was just like I recalled when I was a kid and preferred Wendy's over McDonald's any day! Regrettably, that wasn't the case for the next 3 visits/hope for good food. The second visit the lady at the window was clearly intoxicated or had taken something that caused her to slur and not comprehend anything I was saying, food was ok once we finally got the order in. Third and fourth visit the service was ok, but the food was not. My burger tasted like their fish sandwich. It's such a shame to watch such a great business with a lot of potential fail. With food like this, it won't be long before Wendy's closes down for a second time. read more
