I thought of this place as a pretty standard Wendy's, I guess I should have checked the reviews. We came in a little late on a weeknight, and the place only had two other customers. We ordered a baked potato, but were told they ran out. This isn't against the staff because that is something out of their control. However, what was in their control is not making the Biggie Bag double stack a mess of ketchup and onions...even though we asked for neither. I was enjoying my nuggets when I noticed that one of them was cold and had missing breading. I guess they decided to use whatever food was still lying around. I saw now hiring signs around the restaurant. I realize now they must be incredibly low staffed. I would like to note despite having a large team it seems some team members rather goof off then work. Enjoying a meal while some workers are hollering isn't wonderful. I believe some workers here have potential and suggest management make some revisions. read more
