We were meeting people in the middle of our trip and they chose this place... After reading the reviews, I was skeptical....but it was too late to change locations. To their credit, the dining room was cleaner than expected...see first photo... And there was plenty of space for us to share. Staff were friendly....but we're seriously handicapped by a nonfunctioning cash register at the front counter... They were taking turns ripping cash register tape to write our order to take it to the drive through window and enter it in...to staff credit, the orders were correct. However, the trays looked like they had sat outside and been splashed with salt water! And the paper on the trays had been wet and dried again!! The hamburger was thrown together, and the French fries were overcooked. My taco salad had more chili than I needed... That was nice, but the skimpy salad left a lot to desire...frostys tasted good and water from machine was okay. The management needs to upgrade their quality processes. read more
