I've never seen a burrito fall apart before I even got a chance to eat it. It was already crumbling apart while the employee was trying to wrap it. By the time I opened the wrapper, it was basically a pile of eggs, cheese, and tortilla fragments.
This wasn't a case of me handling it roughly. It was obvious the tortilla was so dry or stale that it couldn't even survive being wrapped for service.
Fast food doesn't have to be perfect, but it should at least make it from the kitchen to the customer intact. If your burritos are literally disintegrating before they leave the counter, something is wrong with your ingredients or your quality control.
