Been in a couple times, friendly knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile to help me out trying to fix a really old chainsaw for me. They also do deliveries even though I'm not in town. I really can't ask for more than that. This fall I bought my first snowblower from John and it's been perfect. Any questions I had before purchasing the machine, while buying it and during delivery were always answered promptly and without judgment. Anything that needs service in the future that's beyond my capabilities will definitely be going to this shop. read more
