I recently hired Wheaton Nurseries for landscaping work . My project involved Re- shaping and edging planting beds , re- positioning some existing plants as well as adding some new plants , one new decorative tree , laying some sod and re- positioning some existing rocks and pavers . Overall, they are very knowledgeable and thorough . They designed a plan for me and then fully executed . The workers showed up and executed the plan beautifully. Everyone knew what needed to be done and was prepared. Angel , the designer, showed up on site to inspect and supervise . This team is very professional, knowledgeable and well trained . These are not lawn service guys who can also do some plantings for you . They are experts. Having said that , they are also very expensive . The materials and the labor are all expensive . So much do that I had to break my plan into 3 phases . I used a more economical company for a job earlier in the year and felt that company did not give me good advice and I will probably have to re- do that job this summer . With Wheaton Nurseries you will pay a lot , but your project will be well done . I have no complaints about the work or the materials and will look forward to using them again for phase 3 of my project this summer . The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the pricing . I knew I could have bought the plants elsewhere for less . read more
