Super family friendly. We've tried Whimsical Twist's custom afternoon teas as well as popup cafes. Everything has been a fun experience! Afternoon teas: Cute themed tea sets! Can buy a set which someone else designed or customize your own. The foods are preset (either the originator or yourself if you order a custom) for the sets. Kimberly will work with you to go through the list of sweets and savouries as well as the intended theme/images. I had a set customized and it was above and beyond what I was able to envision. Thank you, Kimberly! Popup Cafes: We've been to a couple and generally they are received as slow, with some order mix ups. However, we've gotten two orders of certain dishes and some other ones we ordered were missed, but they were easily rectified with a reminder. The main things are the themed cosplayers and cute food, and they excel in that area! Food: As with all food, everyone has their preferences and in every set, my partner, child, and myself all have our own (different) favourites! Hard to complain about this as afternoon sets' menus are planned by the originator, so you cannot make changes to the items, unless you customize your own! read more
