Received all new underlayment and metals, with reinstalled tiles (replacement of a lot of prior broken ones) as well as some asphalt shingle and patio covering. Andy and his crew took their time to make sure the job was done right and answered all questions as the job progressed. Besides replacement of wood damage on roof, they replaced additional cosmetic damage at no extra, so they don't nickel and dime you after the estimate, which was competitive to the others we received.
