Finally had a chance to try this location after driving by it for decades. This location is one of oldest ones in town.
Parking is plentiful in the lumpy lot behind the building. There are also several spots for their car hop service.
The inside is somewhat modern. Theme is consistent with the other locations. The dining area is L shaped, so there is a back section where the staff can't really see the customers. There is also an outdoor N facing patio.
Staff are friendly, but they are a bit short staffed. Had to flag them down multiple times.
I was told to try the cheesesteak hash. This thing is pretty solid I must say. 2 poached eggs with a pile of stir fried stuff (much like the inside of a burrito). Served with 4 pieces of bread. This thing sure hit the spot (no pun intended).
Definitely a good place to take people from out of town for a nice casual authentic BC experience. read more
