Well, I don't know who will give this place 5 stars. They are just doing their jobs I guess. I just think it's a rip off that there's a $50 after hours fee so they jack up the price of your towing. If you wait until the morning, u save $25 because they also charge you for storage fee. Also, since no one is manning the place, you are literally at the mercy of the drivers and whenever they get there. I had to take an uber there and the whole street is dark and kind of scary. Starting from the correctional facility and warehouse type places. I had to wait in the dark for the driver to come. Recently, a friend of mine got towed and he was told by the driver that he will be at the facility from 830pm to 850 only. Twenty minute window! It's a typical tow truck place.
