I toured Widener today with my daughter an I must say it was the best tour out of the last 3 schools I've toured. The campus was clean. The tour guides gave a brief history on the school being an all boys military school which they have a museum on campus. The Wellness Center /Gym was nice we took the shuttle over an saw the exercise equipment an courts etc. Afterwards we went to the Science bldg where they showed us a classroom. Afterwards we stopped at the library an freshman dorm. The dorm was a nice size an you have to bring a fan no AC in freshman dorms. Also freshman can have a car on campus unlike other universities. It is a private institution an tuition is estimated at $53,000 a year. The tour guides were very knowledgeable an did a great job sharing there own experiences. read more
