I am so disappointed with wild flower, we ordered flowers for our daughter's wedding. The whole thing daughter's bouquet, parents and grandparents groom and his groomsmen. We picked them up on Friday afternoon. When the girls got to the hotel room the some of the flowers were looking like they were old. Mind you the flowers were put in water once they got to the hotel. By Saturday morning when I came back into to my daughter's room the flowers were so much worse. I took pictures that morning and then right before the wedding. Will post them later. I went back to the store on Monday to complain about the flowers and the price that I paid for such low quality of flowers and they didn't even want to hear what I had to say saying that when the flowers left there they all looked great. I beg to differ. They also wouldn't look at my pictures I had taken of everything. They just kept saying they hear what I am sorry, but offered me nothing. I hope no one else has to go through what we did. I would not recommend. I give them a zero on Customer service and quality of flowers. read more
