There is a rest area southbound (where I stayed) and another northbound that looks like the same thing. This rest area is open from 7am to 7pm and when it's closed, the restrooms are also closed. Which is a bummer. But they allow overnight parking and I found a spot on the "truck" side against the building where I could use their wifi for a bit before turning in and having a very quiet night's rest.
