What a treat! My new apartment complex has food trucks regularly and this neat little coffee truck was today's special guest. We are about to head out on a long drive and Wind Up Coffee was there at the right place/right time. They sell one type of crepe, but they have an eclectic variety of drinks on their menu. The three of us got the Wind Up, Breve Mexican Caramel with Vanilla (iced) and it was sweet and delightful. Their pup cups are huge! Bucky gave them five stars, too. The Mexican Mocha Latte, Tres Leches Latte, and Churro Latte all looked pretty tasty, too. Fortunately they said they'd be back here on the regular. That makes me pretty excited! The guy taking our order as super nice and friendly, and checked in on us regularly as we waited for our order. The truck is the cutest shade of turquoise, making it really stand out in the parking lot. It's always a joy to see new coffee shops and trucks spring up. I can't wait to try their other drinks.
