I want to say that I absolutely love this place, and order at least once a week from the Johnson drive mission location. The Mac and cheese and cornbread bites are fantastic, and my food usually comes out hot and fresh. However, I've recently had some issues with the fried Oreos, and I'm hoping this review reaches store staff and they can up their cooking times or something. I've been ordering these over a year now and they are one of my favorite things. I seriously order atleast once a week. They've been amazing. But the last 5 or so times they have been getting more and more raw. I kept hoping it was just a fluke or maybe someone took them out too early. But now I'm thinking someone's doing something wrong and it's impossible to get a good order of them anymore. It worries me that if they send the Oreos out raw, I'm not going to be so sure about the chicken anymore. :( it's also impossible to request a refund when you order through the app for delivery and I don't wanna drive up to complain every single time.
