If we could give ZERO STARS we would. This is the third time we have had issues but never this bad, got our dinner, weren't told not one BUT TWO flavors were out. When we got home and opened the food to our surprise literally half the order was bare chicken. When we called the lady on the phone was rude stating "well since you already got you're food you'll be fine, we can retoss them if you want to bring them back in" Not only disgustingly unsanitary she basically laughed it off. We will be contacting corporate for a refund after being dismissed by the employee, as we got a decent amount of food just to have more than half ruined. I hope they reeducate staff to be respectful and not treat customers like crap. Giving out $2 water bottles with refusals to refund the almost $4 pop they paid for!!!!
