I heard all of the complaints after this place opened about orders taking forever. I figured I'd wait a month so they could work the kinks out. Placed an order at 7pm for the Bills game starting at 8:20pm. Their website said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I showed up an hour later. Order not ready, they said 10 more minutes. It wasn't overly busy, and with 8 people working...nobody seemed to be in charge here, and employees looked confused. I didn't get my order until 8:45pm. I ordered their 20 piece boneless special with fries. Yes, I know they're glorified chicken nuggets, but my child won't eat normal wings. I picked Cajun, Louisiana Dry Rub, Garlic Parm, and Mild. All 4 flavors were actually pretty good. Be warned, fans of spicy, but the Cajun aren't very spicy at all. The fries were mediocre and clearly suffered from not being made in fresh oil.
