While visiting Lexington, I tried this Wingstop location. It's a newer location, so I had high hopes. When I arrived, I was greeted by the cashier. It was a small wait, but I was able to order shortly thereafter. I ordered the honey hot chicken tenders and the Cajun fried corn. I was able to receive the Cajun fried corn free due to filling out a store survey. I sat and waited for my food to be prepared. While waiting, I noticed that the cook was using his bare hands to fry the chicken wings. Thankfully, it wasn't mine, but still unpleasant to see. The cashier was also taking orders and handling food as well. I thought this was extremely unsanitary. Although, the cook did wash his hands afterwards, it would be great to see the staff, using gloves and changing them in between transactions. Once I received my food, it was hot and fresh. I did enjoy the flavor on the chicken tenders and the corn was delicious; however, due to the sanitation concerns, I wouldn't return to this location. read more
