This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with wingstop and I've had bad experiences before but I came to this location which is far outta my way just to specifically go to a location that was rated with higher stars in hopes that my experience would be better. They literally left out a portion of my order so I had my husband go back inside to get the rest of the order. Meanwhile we're starving. My young child is in the car. Also complaining that she's very hungry and we're trying to hurry up and do everything and get things together so that we can hurry up and go home because we still have about a 20 minute ride home and of course I did not notice that we were also still missing another set of fries and the veggie sticks and the sauce that we were supposed to have with our order so now we still have incomplete food and the fries were cold, not cooked as well as what I asked for cause I asked them to be extra cooked and not extra seasoning either so now our whole dinner just sucks and we have to re-cook everything and I have to get a little bit more food because fries, veggie sticks and the sauce are missing. This is just ridiculous. The stores with 3.5 stars did way better than this so I am so shocked. read more
