The Short Version: Store selling brand names at lower prices. Mostly overstock or items that didn't sell well. This location is in the Billings Bridge Shopping Centre. The Long Version: I love Winners. It's a store under the TJX banner which includes Marshalls and Homesense (and TJ Maxx and HomeGoods in the USA). I love that it's a new store every week with different merchandise always coming in. They sell clothing, shoes, accessories, housewares, toys and shelf-stable foods at discount prices. This location is in theBillings Bridge Shopping Centre and just opened up in July 2026. It's a bit smaller than other locations and has less selection but it's still a Winners so gets 4 stars from me, lol. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this location but if I'm already in the area, I would drop by. They have an entrance from inside the mall, but the also have an external entrance from the parking lot. They have all the sections that other stores have (jewelery, travel, women's, men's, children's, toys, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, housewares, food, etc.) but each section is really small. Still, I'm always happy to have more Winners and Marshalls locations as these are my favourite stores to poke around. Lots of free parking available in the mall parking lot.
