I bought a renewed Samsung through Amazon. No SIM cards worked. The cell phone was advertised as unlocked, but it is locked. I noticed that the problem was with my cell phone when I was outside the USA. I can't return the item and I can't get a refund either. It's been 10 days since the seller and Amazon have had anything to resolve.
When I mentioned the problem they only offered a 15% refund. A shame;
