I made a stop here with my family on a Sunday for lunch. We were greeted right away by Larry. We told him it was our first time at this food truck. He thoroughly explained the menu. I ordered the Italian beef sandwich, wet, with peppers (the spicy ones), and American cheese. After ordering Larry explained that everything is made fresh, to order and it may be a little wait. For fresh food to-order, the wait was perfect, nothing excessive. My food was hot, and very tasty. I ate it right away to avoid a super soggy sandwich, I knew I ordered it wet and what to expect. My sandwich was spicy, enough to cause my lips to tingle, but not enough for my nose to run, perfect amount of spice. I enjoyed my sandwich and the customer service from Larry. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd eat here again. Next time I might want to try a hotdog. read more
