Woooo Weeeee, for years I've had to travel all the way from eastern long island to Bayside in order to visit my favorite AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant. So when I found out that they were opening a location in commack, I whipped out my calendar and started counting down the days to the opening....
Was it everything I hoped for? ABSOLUTELY! First off the new place is beautiful, and massive! Plenty of seating here, all set up with big screen tvs playing your favorite K-Pop hits. Lighting is turned down low and the vibes are high, which is something this guy really appreciates.
Just like Bayside, service is top notch. Staffing is attentive, friendly and quick. By default, the servers will help out with keeping your grill going and offering tips as to when the the food has been properly cooked, but experienced patrons should have no fear as there's no issue if you prefer to handle things yourself.
Then there's the food! With more high quality meat and side options then you can handle, you're never going to get bored as every visit will be a new experience.
Bottom line is that Won BBQ is superior to any other restaurants in it's class. read more
