Amazing work and artistry, really. Our puppy chewed the bottom step of our wooden staircase and a Restoration Hardware coffee table. Darrel arrived on time, and spent almost 3 hours doing his repairs, working steadily. In the end it did end up costing me $625 for his time, but my wood does not look repaired, it looks like the damage NEVER OCCURRED in the first place! He was so nice and his office manger promptly returned my phone calls and communicated via email to confirm the appointment date and time. My original contact was in November and I had to wait until January 26 for an appointment, but Darrell is well worth the wait. I am just thankful to have found someone with his ability and training.
