I have been a customer at Wow Brows since 2019. Lisa used to be an excellent provider, but she is no longer there. Recently, Yifan has been doing my eyebrows. Today, I went in for eyebrow, upper lip, and forehead threading. Unfortunately, she shaped one of my eyebrows very poorly. I've attached a photo for reference so you can better understand the issue. She removed far too much hair, and my eyebrow now looks uneven and unacceptable. When I raised my concern, she simply said, "It's okay, it will grow back soon," without showing any concern or accountability. I paid $32 for these services, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Based on this, I question the professionalism of the staff. I am also unsure who the owner is, but I would like this issue to be addressed. This was a very bad experience for me. read more
