Eddie responded immediately and communication was great initially. His guys came out to repair after assessing what needed to be fixed. However, they failed to register the new ac unit, did not put the 8 screws on the cover to secure to the top of the RV - it blew off in high winds and landed on the ground. They broke the covers for the ac vent, said they would replace them and Eddie refused told me to buy them myself. They replaced the LP sensor bought the wrong one, installed the sensor, the cover didn't fit. Failed to leave the cover, said they would order a new cover. Eddie refused, telling me to order a entire new sensor that will fit. They cut a hole in the coraplast on the bottom of my RV securing only w duct tape, said they would fix when they returned. Eddie said I would have to pay for them to return to fix all of the items they either broke, failed to fix, improperly fix and had already been paid for by the warranty company. He is refusing to repond to any communication. I told him I would have it fixed, he can send me the money to repair, there has been no response from him. read more
