Have mixed feelings about this store. We stopped in here as there was a huge sign marketing the sale of shoe brands my children wear (Vans/Nike). As we entered the store there were five salespeople at the front counter. Mentioned this was our first time in here and we were told if we needed help to let them know. As we wandered around I found some Vans that had cherry blossoms on them. My daughter spent three years in Japan so I thought she would like them. The prices were marked at 2 pairs for $99. I sent her a message and she said she would love a pair of white ones two. Score for me as I like to get my Christmas shopping done by August. I found her size and didn't even need assistance as they were all located below the displayed shoe. Went to check out and was told that that particular shoe was not part of the sale. I was not told that until the cashier had rung it up and my husband had paid for it. I was not paying attention as I was still texting my daughter. When I questioned the total that was when I was told it wasn't part of the sale. So, will I return....No! I will go when my daughter visits but I will not personally spend money there again. I'm big on customer service and having everyone congregated at the front instead of being on the floor was a turnoff. Also, I DO NOT like when things are not marked correctly.
