Incompetent and rude service technicians. I cancelled my cable (TV) and wanted to keep my internet. When they disconnected my cable service my internet was interrupted. After hours on the phone with their tech's one came out in person. He left saying that he really didnt understand what the problem was and it wasnt fixed. He did say that my (personal) modem and router were fine and that the underground cable to my house was fine. Second guy came out. His name was Rafik. He was rude, did not remove his dirty shoes, tried telling me my modem and router were faulty and he then swapped those out for the xfinity one (at a rental fee of $14 per month) which didnt work any better. Then said it was the cable to the house and he drilled another hole in my wall to run a new cable line to a place in my home where I specifically said I did not want it. He began rushing out the door and said it was fixed. It wasnt even close. And then he left. And he left my house dirty and trash inside and out. Had another tech come out who looked over the whole mess and now I have to use a flex box to have internet work properly. And it still doesnt stream well read more
