I visited this Xfinity location twice within the last couple weeks and had two different experiences. The first day was a weekday before dinner. I had to pick up a modem, which customer service over the phone told me I could just walk in to get. I was greeted by an employee who checked me in and stuck me in a queue of people waiting for service. I probably waited at least 15-20 mins before I was called over. They didn't have the equipment ready and I waited another 5-10 mins for them to package up one piece of equipment. The other visit was much quicker. This was a Saturday around 11am. I was checked in and only waited about 10 mins before I was called over to return some older equipment. The staff was friendly both visits and they did say that you could use the QR code on the window to schedule an appointment to get faster service. I just think pick up/drop off of equipment should be a separate area from everything else. It takes 2 seconds vs someone setting up a new device. read more
