The key to getting quicker service is to go online and make an appointment. When I arrived to exchange my cable box that was no longer working properly, there was a few people in front of me that were taking a long time trying to understand their bill or make changes to their service. I didnt have to wait long and the seating was quite comfortable. The background music was lively and it was a cool temperature inside.
