These guys msg my fiancé letting her know that they had to cancel our PhotoBooth we had booked with them months out, because they had double booked us on the date of our wedding. This was absolutely frustrating to hear and honestly very unprofessional on their end. Between my fiancé and our coordinator they were also, in contact with. It never came across they had double booked us with another event on the same date. This was seriously garbage on their part. I've never seen such incompetence in scheduling and what a joke these guys are. Me and my fiancé would never recommend anyone to use them in the future based on the lack of scheduling and professionalism. This was for our wedding day and this very frustrating, as they are now making us scramble around to find alternative service a month out from wedding. Fuckin joke! read more
