Waited for a LONG time for The Kitchen to open.... Mostly excited for another brewpub to add to the area... and love the beer from Virginia Beer Co. Disappointed that no "tastes" or flights were available... but the beer is good as expected from Virginia Beer. Food was the most disappointing... 1. the specials menu on the table listed a sandwich that was more expensive the the price shown on the menu for the same sandwich... 2. The burger was tasty but smaller than a McDonald's Double. 3. Fish & Chips offered again was tasty but only two pieces of haddock that were very small. On the plus side the service was attentive and prompt. Not sure we will return... other that to buy a beer to-go read more
