Our cooking class with Marco was the highlight of our Rome visit. He was engaged and charming. We last feeling like we made a great friend. We loved the market trip and The new kitchen was an amazing space. The only negative thing I can think of was I wish we could have rolled out our pasta on the table top like an authentic pasta dough should be.
