Yo! Sushi is a company that owns, operates, and franchises conveyor belt sushi restaurants, principally in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. This restaurant was founded in 1997, by British entrepreneur Simon Woodroffe. The current owner is Mayfair Equity Partners and members of the Yo! Sushi opened its first restaurant in Soho, London in January 1997. A second restaurant followed opening in Harvey Nichols. By 2014, the company had more than seventy restaurants. In October2016, the company opened its first American stand alone restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts and a few months late in the Flatiron District in Manhattan in March 2017. The company now has three restaurants in North America. St Pancras International station is a central London railway terminus located on Euston Road in the London Borough of Camden. From here, you can go to France and Belgium and the Netherlands. So, this restaurant spreads the name, 'Yo! Sushi' into Europe so that many foreign countries's people can use St Pancras station. While I waited a train of bound for Dover station, I used and ate the small Sushi, beef Maki. At the time, i wanted to eat Japanese food, especially Ramen.
