Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee fed lies, tried to dodge answering questions, got angry towards me and INSULTED ME multiple times. This man made me VERY uncomfortable. I would encourage the owners to watch the video footage and take appropriate action Full story: I came in hoping to find a CBD product that also energizes you. The man (7/18/23 at 1:30pm), was AWFUL! It's alarming as he seemed to be a kind older man but when I asked about the ingredients, he could not explain me what was in them, just vague answers like "it gives you euphoria." He told me to "just read the ingredients," which I did but it just said 25-30mg of CBD/CBG or Hemp. Typically if a product puts you to sleep, it would list the other ingredients like melatonin, or ashwagandha or something. I asked what the difference was and he aggressively took the products out of my hand and would point to the ingredients but wouldn't give me back the product nor show me where it said anything other than CBD/CBG or Hemp yet he insisted it was on there. He told me "you don't like reading, do you?" Dude, seriously?! If it says it, show me or tell me. But it doesn't show it! For example, I asked what the difference is between the "Night" and "Day" products - he said SunMed "Rest" had Delta 9. I said Delta 9 is not listed anywhere on the package. He then told me "I just like the argue." I said, I just don't understand why it would not say Delta 9 if it's in the product. He then told me "He's done" and "Good luck on my search" as he used his body to usher me out the door. I would've stood up for myself but I was so taken back by his demeanor. Someone that gets mad like that, verbally insults a customer and takes things out of my hands is not in their right mind. The sad thing is I want to buy the product, I just want to know what I'm buying. I truly hope this organization trains this employee on the products and a HUGE customer service training.
