Luis is an unbelievably abusive and angry person who has been the worst buyer I've ever dealt with in 25 years of ebay selling. I sold him a Macbook Pro screen with a high resolution photo confirming the item description. Six days after he received it, he sent an extremely hostile message attempting to extort money from me because he disagreed with the condition I listed. His evidence of the item's condition was my own thumbnail photo. Eventually, he sent me photos of the screen and apparently his huge complaint was it has thumbprints on it. Those were not there when I sent it in and I previously offered to resolve the issue with UPS but he wasn't having any of it. Attached are just one example of his outlandish and unprofessional behavior and his "evidence" of what he was so angry about. "HONK HONK?" What? Who says that that doesn't need to get their head checked. I do not recommend dealing with this loose cannon at all. read more
