Decided to try this place in the Casino Eatery. From my order number, there were 11 people ahead of me and the 4-5 cooks did one order at a time. It took 45 minutes to get two orders of Pho, the chicken wings were done earlier and already cold. The portion of the Pho was big, probably too big for the bowl, and it stuck together when we added the broth. My big issue was watching to guy handle the meat with his hands (gloved) but he was touching everything else like the order screen, the counter, etc. We removed the meat.
