I wanted to take my lil Keenai (he's a yorkie) a few times there before I submitted my review on zoom Groom. So far we haven't had any bad experience yet, I was a lil hesitant at first because of all the negative reviews, but the groomers there are genuinely nice and they do a great job at grooming my Yorkie puppy. I actually also took him in today thinking it was his appointment but it actually wasn't but they were able to squeeze him in even tho they were back up that's a plus! My only downfall with zoom groom and why it lost a star because I tend to have a hard time getting through every time I want to set up an appointment however they are pretty good at responding back too. read more
