This review is for the holiday tea event. The dining area was decorated lovely and they had an amazing soprano saxophone player that sounded just like Kenny G. Loved the ambiance. They poured us a glass of champagne when we sat down and asked for our tea order. That's when the fun turned into A LOT of work. One of us was pescatarian and that provided a level of complication that the wait staff was unable to deal with. After multiple people at our table and multiple attempts to rectify an apparently troubling situation for them, they FINALLY were able to serve us. I must say the food was delicious when it was finally served but unfortunately the experience was negatively affected by the poor service. read more
