Duck is ok, the apple is really soft with tough skin. Paella Mixta - a very chicken and bell pepper forward version of a paella Chocolate à la tazo - hot chocolate - a thinner, less chocolatey version than we had at other restaurants. Also, it was a broken emulsion. Green Salad with Sardine and Fresh Cheese - I thought this was a weird mixture of greens, carrots, tomatoes, olives, sardines, and mild/soft cheese.
